why do teachers help their students in cheating?
there are innumerable reasons. first of all are the results. from the students upto the highest official all want results.just as only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches the same with the teachers. only they know their problems.how many officials know the problems being faced at the grassroot?
only a small percentage of parents is educated who can check their students.the rest want success at all costs. a teacher giving good results is a good reacher. may be by hook or crook. so one day's labour makes them a good teacher
secondly their annual confidential reports are excellent
at the time of promotion or extra increment,results are seen. hence no problem
even a very honest and very strict teacher helps the students because he does not want to let down his students when all others are being hellped. afterall what is their fault?
though i appreciate the teacher for being bold enough to admit the fact,i am not justifying such actions. we need honest strict and sincere officers who should become a role model for all . .we need a great philosopher, a visionary to take out our education from the mess in which it has fallen
